Delivery

The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the ordering process, within the time period indicated on the "Delivery" page of the order validation according to the shipping option chosen. In the event of a delay in shipment, an e-mail will be sent to you to inform you of a possible consequence on the delivery time that has been indicated to you.  The delivery costs are automatically calculated according to the desired shipping method. The choice of the shipping method is made in the payment tunnel.

Items ordered are usually shipped within 24 hours. Order and go!

We process your orders within a maximum of 24 hours and 48 hours in periods of overload.

The "Eclair" shipments must be validated before 8:00 am, if necessary the order is transmitted by "Express Lune- Signature". In this last scenario, the price difference will be refunded to the customer.

Oooway.com delivers in Switzerland and Europe.


For other countries, you can send us a request by email to oooway@oooway.com specifying your full address and we will reply as soon as possible.

Delivery costs are automatically calculated according to your place of residence.

For security reasons, delivery to a P.O. Box address is excluded.

The delivery is declared final as soon as the carrier has delivered the goods to the customer.

Cancellation of the order :

Oooway.com can cancel a delivery without giving any reason and without delay. This case is generally due to an impossibility to deliver in Registered parcel or following an erroneous delivery address, or your country is not on the list of countries supported by the Swiss Post. In the case of a delivery cancellation, your paid order will be fully refunded.
